Flower Fail

So here is what the flowers look like 5 days after I planted them.... they are all brown and shriveled! They started to die after only 2 days! I watered them... guess I just don't have a green thumb. Any ideas how to get flowers to live?

The Wall

On Wednesday we had 2 men come and build a little wall around our flower bed. They took out all of the bad dirt and weeds and put in all new dirt.
This was our anniversary present to each other!
Then I planted flowers... thanks for helping me pick them out Janie!

The front of our house looks so much different now!
They used Austin stone to match the house.
