First, Ayden Christopher Wiersum was born on March 23, 2009 at 4:57pm. He was 8lbs 8oz and 18in long. Mama, daddy, and baby are all very happy and healthy. We have gotten to visit him a few times and he is so so cute! Here is a picture of him on his birthday.
Then the next weekend Matt had the honor of baptizing his friend Sam at church. God is good. Matt and Sam have been good friends for a few years now.Sam & Ashley and Josh & Kallie have moved north of the bridge about 5 minutes from our house. We are really excited to get to hang out with them more now that they live so close. Both couples are expecting a little one soon.
Life has been really busy lately. My high school students take the math taks test in two and a half week so there is a lot of stress at work. I've been doing taks tutoring on Saturday mornings with some of my students.
