Congrats to Tamar and Burton!

We went to their wedding today. They seemed so happy... it was so sweet! I just love weddings. Here are Mr. and Mrs. Caulkins cutting the cake... which was sooo yummy!

The wedding was at the chapel in the woods on TWU's campus. It is a really pretty place to get married. I had never been there before. I just loved all a the stained glass. This is the only picture that came out... all of the others were too dark.

Blue Goose

Blue Goose... Isn't that a funny name for a restaurant? Well they make good margaritas and fajitas. We were celebrating Sam's 29th birthday... here is the birthday boy and his wife Ashley...

Here is the whole group! We had lots of fun hanging out with all of you guys! We miss all of our Lewisville friends... we're gonna have to hang out in Lewisville lots this summer...
On a side note... only 8 more days of school until summer break! YES!!! This will be me in a couple of day... except with a math book in my hands because I'm still going to be taking classes at TWU.

Dave and Busters

This weekend we went to Dave and Busters to celebrate Jeremy's birthday. We had dinner and played lots of games... here is everybody.
Look at all of the tickets Jeremy won... haha... he wishes... we gave him all of our tickets for his birthday.
And this is one of the prizes that he turned the tickets in for! A platinum grill... He's gonna wear it to do the anouncements at church soon.

Kenzie's Bachlorette Party

Ok, so it's been a while since I blogged... but I'm back now. A week ago I went to Kenzie's Bachlorette Party. She's one of my best friends from college and one of my bridesmaids.

This is Kenzie and her sister... don't they look so much alike? I loved her hat and veil... she wore them the whole night.
After dinner in Fort Worth at Joe T. Garcia's and then we wend downtown to Hienna's Comedy Club. We sat in the front row... here is Kenzie up on the stage with one of the comedians and another bride.

Denton Jazz Fest

If you have some free time this weekend.... you should go to the Denton Jazz fest. I've never been, but I'm really excited because that's all everyone has been talking about around here. I'll take pictures and let you know how it is.

Flowers

Matt and I spent a lot of time in the yard this weekend working on our flower beds. First we installed green metal edging around the flower beds. Matt rearranged the bushes and extended the flower bed near the front sidewalk. While I planted lots of beautiful flowers... I think 144 to be exact! :) (6 flats with 24 flowers each) We found a great place that was selling the flowers for really cheap... as low as $5 for a flat of 24 flowers! These are a couple of wide views of the front of the house...

I'm an Aunt!

April Fool's! Well... kind of... I'm not a blood relative aunt, but to this little one I am Aunt Stephanie.
This is Luke Webster Purdue when he is 24 hours old... He was born on March 31st at 7:20pm and was 8 lbs. 9 oz. Here are his wonderful parents, Keith and Tiffany....
What a blessing... both mama and baby are happy and healthy. Luke is just so adorable!
