Fall

Here is a picture of the baby bump at 24 weeks and 5 days pregnant.
I went to Jen's baby shower this morning. It was really nice. It makes me excited for my baby showers! Thank you in advance dear family and friends! :)

The new flag by the front door... This is the first one that I have been able to keep for more than a day. All the others have flown away. I got smart this time and made foam rings at the end of the pole so that it could come off on it own.

Fall is here... Last weekend we got together with our friends Andrew, Tricia and their new baby Myla to carve pumpkins. I made a ghost.... he's starting to mold now though.
Matt went a more traditional route and make a jack-o-lantern. I'm excited for the trick-or-treaters next weekend! It's so fun seeing all the little ones dressed up in their costumes!

Jackson Matthew Wear

We made it though the baby names book and picked a name! Our little boy will be named
Jackson Matthew Wear!!!

On Thursday Matt came home with a gift for me. He got Jackson his 1st Bible! I love it! All of the Bible stories point to Jesus. It's so great. I have already started reading it to Jackson. Here is a picture. Sorry I'm not sure how to turn it the other way.
We got a new brown leather rocker/recliner today. I so look forward to the day when I can rock our baby to sleep in it!
Here's what it looks like in the family room. We had our first fire of the season tonight!
The cold weather made we want something warm for dinner, so I made Spicy Chicken Stew for dinner.

Matt worked really hard tonight and got a lot more painting done. Check out the pictures... I just love the colors!

We started painting our little boy's nursery today.....

The top of the wall is baby blue. The bottom 3 feet of the wall is going to be brown. Then Matt is going to install a white chair rail to divide the two colors. Here is the sample of the brown....
I wrote our baby a message on the wall where we are going to paint brown.
We are still deciding on a name for our little man. Right now the top two names are Jackson Matthew and Ethan Matthew... We are only through the M's in the baby name book though. :)
